Glad to lead yesterday of the Tobacco and Vapes Bill, which has been developed to it's current state - still much ironing out of detail to be done - with the input of the Scottish Government.
I was pleased to see such a decisive vote in favour of the Bill, which has the potential to prevent the harms caused by tobacco and vapes too.
Too many of us know the heartbreak of losing a loved one to cancer and this has the potential to stop other families in the future facing that most awful of times.
I speak very often about disposable vapes and my grave concerns about their impact on the health and wellbeing of our young people. We need action, on both fronts, and this is important progress.
