Temporary closure of Neilston Post Office

I have just been notified by the Post Office that the Neilston Post Office is set for a temporary closure from Saturday 13th January 2023.

As you can see from the attached letter, this is because they are seeking a new Postmaster. They will display information in the local area to highlight the closure and seek interest in the position.

I very much hope that this role can be filled as soon as possible in order that the service which Neilston requires can be reinstated as soon as possible. I will be writing to the Post Office today to press that point.
