Proud to stand in solidarity with the Ukrainian Ambassador at PMQs today. Clapping is forbidden in the chamber of the House of Commons, but today a lengthy round of applause greeted the Ambassador.
Applause and solidarity are no practical help of course, so I was glad to hear serious questions on support for Ukraine, the need to deal with Putin as a war criminal, and the importance of the UK falling into line with Europe on the ability for refugees to come here.
