This is #ScotlandLovesLocal week, and it was great to get out in Barrhead, and visit the Barrhead Business Improvement District.

Local businesses kept communities across East Renfrewshire going throughout the pandemic, and they are the heart of all our local communities.
I'll always champion our local businesses and shopping areas, and this first Scotland Loves Local Week is a really welcome opportunity to encourage us all to make the places we live better by supporting the people and businesses around them, wherever we can.
