The Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Results Helpline will open on results day, Tuesday 10th August at 8am, as learners across Scotland receive their confirmed results.
SDS's expert advisers will have access to information on course vacancies at UK colleges and universities, Confirmation and Clearing, advice about Foundation, Modern and Graduate Apprenticeships and jobs, volunteering or staying on at school.
SDS wants to ensure that as many pupils, parents and carers as possible are aware of the Helpline and the support it can provide. The Helpline will be staffed by SDS advisers from across Scotland, who will support young people to explore their options and next steps – whatever their results.
The Helpline number is 0808 100 8000, and advisers can also be contacted during the Helpline opening hours using direct messaging on Facebook and Instagram.
The Results Helpline is open: Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 August – 8am to 8pm Thursday 12, Friday 13, Monday 16, Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 August – 9am to 5pm
