Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill - Reasoned Amendment

Emails continue to arrive from constituents concerned about the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill. I can confirm that the SNP will be voting against this damaging legislation.

I can also confirm that along with a group of cross party MPs, representing six different political parties, I am signatory to a reasoned amendment, which you can see the text of below, setting out some of the reasons for opposing this.
