Extremely disappointed at the Labour/Tory budget passed at East Renfrewshire Council today.
Labour are raising Council Tax by 6% They are not protecting vital roles within our school (bilingual support workers, school librarians and school technicians)
East Renfrewshire SNP proposed no compulsory reduncies and protecting vital services. The SNP group budget protected school librarians, bilingual support workers and school technicians. Labour and the Tories also voted against an additional £100k for ASN education.
