Kirsten Oswald praises Barrhead group Include Me 2 Club

A group of dedicated committed community volunteers in Barrhead and Neilston have come together to ensure low-cost face coverings are available to local residents.

Barrhead Rotary came together with local volunteers supported by Angelic Threads 2020, Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire Faith Forum, Neilston Development Trust, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, East Renfrewshire Good Causes and the Include Me 2 Club to produce reusable face coverings suitable for both adults and children, sold at only £1 for a pack of two.

Well done to these brilliant volunteers and great community organisations and to the Rotary Foundation for their donation to enable the expansion of the project.

What a generosity of spirit from those who have worked so hard to make this project happen.
