FREE TUITION UNDER ATTACK

For those who think the Internal Market Bill poses no threat, Gavin Williamson’s answer to Carol Monaghan MP's question on tuition fees should concern us all.

Education is devolved to Holyrood which enables the Scottish Government to set the level of university fees. This bill could remove the ability of the Scottish Government to provide free tuition and could lead to Scottish students paying the same as those in England - £9250 per year.

This will have a huge impact on students and young people across Scotland and we will not let this pass without a fight.
