A huge congratulations to all the very worthy East Renfrewshire winners of the Scotland's Towns Partnership 'Scotland Loves Local' High Street Heroes Awards.
You can see that they cover the length and breadth of our communities, and represent the fantastic folk who have been working so hard to help and support others at this very difficult time. Our local businesses and volunteers are at the heart of our East Renfrewshire communities, and it is no surprise to me to see these brilliant winners.
A huge congratulations to them all, and in particular to our Regional Champion, Tariq Chishti, of Netherlee Post & News (see picture), who I know is a great support to many people locally.
