Brilliant to visit Eaglesham Community Garden in the sun today, and be shown around. What a lovely space, behind the Carswell Centre, and clearly the product of a huge amount of hard work.
They have such a variety of veg, fruit and flowers growing and it’s good to hear that some of these crops go to the Eaglesham & Waterfoot Community Larder where they’re available for the community to use.
Wonderful to see so much wildlife in the garden too.
If you fancy lending a hand, more volunteers are always very welcome, and if you just fancy a peaceful seat in the garden, you can do that too.
