Disappointment over vape ban delay

Thanks to the Barrhead News for this piece outlining my disappointment that we won't see swifter progress on taxing disposable vapes. I am glad there is a ban forthcoming, and I await the detail of that with interest, but meantime, we should be doing all we can to minimise the harms caused to the environment and to health of young people in particular caused by these devices.
