Celebrating 50 years of Pride in the UK

Delighted to join my colleague Angela Crawley MP in applying to the Backbench Business Committee to host a debate in the House of Commons to celebrate 50 years of Pride in the UK.

Pride month runs from 1st to 30th June before the 50th anniversary first official UK Gay Pride Rally which took place in London on 1st July 1972.
