Great to see these photos from my snowy visit to Carlibar Primary School this morning. These children were an absolute credit to the school.
I laid down an Early Day Motion commending the hard work of pupils including these P7 pupils for their great efforts in tree planting in the Carlibar Wee Wood, which is one of 26 woodlands being established across East Renfrewshire as part of a COP26 legacy project. Their continued focus on work to tackle climate change is very welcome and important.

It was really brilliant to have a wee impromptu snowball fight too... What a great way to start the day!
