Stormy weather, but smashing chat, out in Thornliebank with Colm Merrick earlier, talking to voters at a social distance.
The SNP is the only party with the experience to lead Scotland through the pandemic and into an economic recovery -Scotland cannot afford to leave key powers in the hands of the job-destroying Tories at Westminster.
If re-elected, the SNP will:
*Invest £33billion in infrastructure projects - over the next 5 years in our National Infrastructure Mission, directly supporting around 45,000 jobs.
*Deliver 100,000 affordable homes - over the next decade, backed by £3.5bn of investment, which will support 14,000 jobs a year.
*Invest £500million to support new jobs - and re-skill people for the jobs of the future.
*Deliver a £100million Green Jobs fund - investing alongside businesses and organisations to support new opportunities for green job creation in Scotland.
*Create a National Transition Training Fund - to support workers whose jobs are at risk, and provide retraining opportunities for high tech, high skilled jobs, and the provision of green skills to support Scotland’s transition to net zero.
*Introduce a new £20m Rural Entrepreneur Fund - providing grants of up to £10,000 to support the creation of 2,000 new businesses.
*Maintain the Small Business Bonus Scheme - for the lifetime of the parliament, under which 100,000 small businesses pay no rates at all.
On 6th May, put Scotland's recovery in Scotland's hands, and elect a strong local voice for Eastwood - make it both votes SNP.
