Many thanks to East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire Interfaith groups who kindly invited me to join them at a fantastic event at St Andrew’s Church in Barrhead today, focussed on faith and climate change.
It was inspiring to hear from the faith leaders representing congregations in our local community about how they work individually and collectively to make a difference at home and further afield. Interfaith dialogue is critical and the warmth of the dialogue today was fantastic.
Discussion about climate change can’t stop now that COP26 is over and these voices of the groups I heard from today will continue to be important in driving forward the change and the climate justice that we need to see.
