Only phone 111 if: 

  • your symptoms worsen during home isolation, especially if you're in a high or extremely high risk group

  • breathlessness develops or worsens, particularly if you're in a high or extremely high risk group

  • your symptoms haven't improved in 7 days

If you have a medical emergency during home isolation, phone 999 and tell them you have Covid-19 symptoms. 

 

Covid-19 Helpline

NHS Scotland has set up a free helpline - 0800 028 2816 - to help with any questions you have about Covid-19 that you cannot answer online. 

This helpline is open from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm each day. 

For all non Covid-19 medical needs please contact your regular GP surgery as usual to make an appointment.
